We do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (subject to our Returns Policy).

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or product information. The total charge for your order will include the product price plus applicable shipping fees and any taxes (if required by your region).

• Delivery Area: We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other specified regions. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these terms. Key obligations and conditions:

• Eligibility Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
• Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):
  • All Chemicals & Consumables (Chemicals, Bromine, Chlorine, Active Oxygen, Aromatherapy & Scents).
  • Opened or used personal care/wellness products.
  • Custom or Special Order Items (e.g., configured hot tubs, custom Arctic Spas® Covers).
  • Opened ClearRay & UV Bulbs.
• Process: You must contact us for an RMA number before returning any item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval, plus 3-10 business days for your financial institution to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. User Obligations and Conduct

As a user of our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information for all transactions.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).
